Senior Accountant – US IT Healthcare Experience: 6–8 Years Industry: Corporate IT / US Healthcare IT Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance & Accounts professional with prior experience in a IT services company to manage finance and accounting operations for a US-based Healthcare IT business. Key Responsibilities Manage General Ledger, AP, AR, invoicing, journal entries, and reconciliations . Handle US client billing, collections, vendor payments, and account statements . Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting . Prepare MIS, P&L, cash-flow, AR/AP aging, and variance reports . Review project-wise revenue, expenses, billing, and profitability . Coordinate with US clients, vendors, auditors, and internal teams . Support US accounting, tax, and compliance activities in coordination with external advisors. Maintain strong financial controls and accurate accounting records . Handle international transactions and foreign currency accounting , where applicable. Requirements 6–8 years of Finance & Accounts experience , preferably in a corporate IT/IT services company. Strong knowledge of accounting, AP/AR, billing, reconciliations, and financial reporting . Experience working with US clients or international accounting is preferred. Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Tally, or Zoho. B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter or equivalent qualification. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills . Preferred Experience Experience in US Healthcare IT, healthcare technology, IT staffing, SaaS, or software services will be an added advantage.
