Senior Accountant Service Manager
Hiring Senior Accounting Service Manager (Accounting & Tax Firm) Location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 15 years of experience in Accounting/Tax, including at least 5 years in a management position . Experience in managing outsourced accounting services ; candidates with experience at international consulting firms or Japanese companies are preferred. Strong knowledge of accounting, tax, and corporate regulations. Strong leadership, team management, people development, and client management skills. Good working proficiency in English ; Japanese is an advantage. Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CPTA , or equivalent are preferred. Strategic thinking, proactive mindset, high sense of responsibility, and ability to work under pressure. JOB DESCRIPTION: Manage the quality, timeline, and effectiveness of accounting and tax services provided to clients. Manage key and complex clients and handle complicated accounting/tax matters. Lead teams in Due Diligence, Internal Audit, Post-Merger Integration , and other related projects. Manage, coach, and develop Managers, Senior Consultants, Consultants, and Junior Consultants. Work closely with the BOD on business planning, budgeting, revenue, GP, and OP targets. Drive service improvement, process standardization, and development of new services. Support the BOD in developing the Accounting & Tax service strategy.
