Senior Accountant / Group Finance Lead
Key Roles: The Senior Accountant / Group Finance Lead will be a hands-on finance role supporting group-level accounting, consolidation, financial controls and compliance across Apricity Group. You’ll work closely with the Founder & Directors , taking ownership of key finance processes while helping build a stronger in-house Finance function. Your Role Will Include: Managing group consolidation & intercompany accounting Leading monthly, quarterly & year-end financial closing Designing and managing intercompany cost allocation Monitoring cash flow, treasury & working capital Overseeing payment controls and Maker-Checker processes Managing WIP, project costing & progress billing Handling tax, audit & statutory compliance matters Coordinating with auditors, tax agents & bank relationship managers Supporting e-Invoicing, SST, Withholding Tax & Form C requirements Preparing financial information for bank facilities & corporate restructuring Why Join Us? RM5,500 during probation → RM6,500–RM7,500 upon confirmation Opportunity for career growth into a finance leadership role Work directly with the Founder & Directors Exposure to group consolidation, restructuring & M&A accounting Hands-on experience with bank facilities & corporate finance Opportunity to build and improve the Group's Finance Architecture Setapak location — work closer to home and avoid long CBD traffic jams High-impact role with strategic autonomy You'll Thrive Here If You: ✔ Have ACCA / CPA / CIMA / MIA or a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance ✔ Have 5–8 years of full-set accounting experience ✔ Have 2–3 years of experience in multi-entity accounts, intercompany accounting or consolidation ✔ Have strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting & tax requirements ✔ Have experience with LHDN e-Invoicing, SST, Withholding Tax & Transfer Pricing ✔ Have exposure to Construction / Interior Design / Property Management — a strong advantage ✔ Are proficient in Excel and cloud accounting systems such as Bukku ✔ Familiarity with Lark / Lark Base is a major plus ✔ Are analytical, detail-oriented and have strong financial control & problem-solving skills ✔ Can lead junior accounting staff while remaining hands-on when needed Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Maternity leave Opportunities for promotion Professional development Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Full Set Accounting: 5 years (Preferred) Group Accounting / Consolidation: 2 years (Preferred) leading, supervising or mentoring accounting staff: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
