Minimum 1 years of UAE experience or fresher can also apply Must have experience working in a consulting firm and handling multiple client requirements Salary Range: AED 4,500 – 5,000 per month Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review accounting and tax reports for clients. Supervise and review the work of internal execution teams to ensure accuracy and compliance. Act as the primary point of contact for both local and international clients regarding accounting, tax, and audit requirements. Manage a client portfolio of around 100 clients , ensuring consistent quality and communication. Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients to understand requirements and resolve queries. Support management in process improvement and maintaining quality standards . Ensure timely completion of all assignments and compliance with UAE tax regulations . Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth workflow and high client satisfaction . Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of accounting principles and UAE taxation laws (VAT, Corporate Tax). Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills . Proficient in MS Office and accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho , or similar. Proven ability to lead, review, and motivate team members effectively. Strong analytical , organizational , and attention-to-detail skills.
