The ideal candidate must have solid experience in car showroom accounting, an excellent understanding of RTA and government-related procedures, and the ability to manage all financial operations efficiently, accurately, and in full compliance with company policies and UAE regulations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Daily Financial & Transaction Management - Handle all accounting duties for the automotive sales department. - Manage and record all car purchase and sales transactions accurately on a daily basis. - Maintain and reconcile daily accounts, petty cash, and all showroom financial activities. - Close daily accounts and provide a clear summary of daily cash flow and all transactions. 2. Reporting & Submission Deadlines - Coordinate and submit daily reports together with the designated department head. - By 11:00 AM daily , submit the updated active list report to management. - By 11:00 AM daily , update and submit the payment plan list. - Prepare and submit all reports related to vehicle buying and sales activities in a timely manner. 3. Active List Management (Effective 15 May 2026) - Arrange and update the active vehicle inventory list on a daily basis. - From 15 May 2026 onwards , the active list must be arranged with photos of all vehicles. - All purchased or sold vehicles must be updated immediately in the active list. 4. RTA, Government & Legal Compliance - Be fully aware of and manage all RTA and government-related tasks, including: - Vehicle passing - Vehicle registration - Car ownership transfer - Submit daily reports regarding: - Police matters / fines - RTA matters / fines - Traffic fines - Any matters under the name of senior management - All above reports must be submitted directly to the designated manager. 5. Financial Reporting & Documentation - Prepare monthly Profit and Loss (P&L) statements and other financial reports for management review. - Ensure all invoices, receipts, contracts, and financial documents are properly filed, organized, and maintained for audit and reference. - Ensure that all required information is complete in every report submitted. 6. Communication & Coordination - Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and management regarding all financial matters. - Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth coordination between sales, finance, and operations. - Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience in Dubai , specifically within an automotive showroom or car sales environment . - Must bring hard copy proof of previous employment in Dubai during the interview process. Technical Knowledge - Strong understanding of RTA systems and related government procedures. - Expert knowledge of P&L, cash flow management, and financial reporting . - Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) . Skills & Attributes - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. - Strong filing and documentation management abilities. - Professional communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and management. - Ability to work under pressure and meet strict daily deadlines. WORKING CONDITIONS - Full-time position based in Dubai. - May require extended working hours to complete daily tasks and reports. - Direct reporting to senior management with regular performance reviews. - Strict adherence to company policies regarding accuracy, timeliness, and work completion.
