Senior Accountant
We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage financial transactions, finalization of accounts, taxation, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, and hands-on experience in Tally / ERP. Key Responsibilities: 1. Accounting & Finalization - Manage day-to-day accounting — sales, purchase, bank, journal entries - Monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books - Prepare Trial Balance, P&L, Balance Sheet - Bank reconciliation, vendor & customer ledger reconciliation - Manage fixed assets register and depreciation 2. Taxation & Compliance - GST: GSTR-1, GSTR-3B filing, E-way bill, reconciliation with GSTR-2A/2B - TDS: Deduction, payment, quarterly return filing (24Q, 26Q), Form 16/16A - Income Tax: Advance tax calculation, tax audit support - PF, ESIC, PT compliance - Liaison with auditors, tax consultants, and banks 3. Accounts Payable / Receivable - Vendor payments, invoice verification, credit control - Customer outstanding follow-up, ageing report - Inter-company reconciliation 4. Reporting & MIS - Prepare monthly MIS reports, cash flow, budgeting vs actuals - Cost analysis and profitability reporting - Assist management in financial planning 5. Systems & Controls - Work on Tally Prime / SAP / Zoho Books / QuickBooks - Advanced Excel — VLOOKUP, Pivot, MIS dashboards - Ensure internal controls and SOP compliance Required Skills & Qualifications: - http://B.Com / http://M.Com / MBA Finance — CA Inter / CA preferred - 2-3 years experience as Accountant / Sr. Accountant - Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act - Hands-on Tally Prime + MS Excel (mandatory) - Knowledge of ERP (SAP / Oracle) is a plus - Good communication, analytical and deadline-driven - Experience in handling audit — Statutory, Internal, Tax Audit Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
