Key Responsibilities: Manage daily accounting operations and financial controls Ensure compliance with GST, TDS & statutory requirements Handle statutory audits and financial reporting Prepare Financial Statements, MIS & Management Reports Coordinate with Operations, Procurement, Warehouse & Store teams Manage vendor, bank and external auditor relationships Assist with budgeting, forecasting and cost control Identify process gaps and implement improvements Lead and mentor the Accounts team Key Requirements: 7–8 years of experience in a senior accounting role, preferably in Retail Strong knowledge of GST, TDS & statutory compliance Experience with ERP systems Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Strong financial reporting and analytical skills Excellent communication and coordination skills Leadership and problem-solving abilities Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
