MHL is focused on building standardized, process-driven operations supported by strong accounting, reporting, compliance and data management systems. Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, statutory compliance and audit-related work. The candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals, good knowledge of taxation and compliance, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records and complete reports within defined timelines. Roles & Responsibilities Maintain daily accounting and bookkeeping records Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments and expenses Bank and cash reconciliation Vendor and customer ledger reconciliation Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Sales and payment reconciliation GST working, reconciliation and filing support TDS working, reconciliation and filing support Payroll accounting and related statutory compliance Prepare monthly P&L and Balance Sheet Prepare payable and receivable reports Perform monthly account reconciliation Maintain invoices, vouchers and supporting documents Prepare schedules and data required for statutory and tax audits Resolve accounting discrepancies and pending entries Coordinate with management, CA and auditors Ensure reports and compliance activities are completed within defined timelines Required Skills Strong accounting fundamentals Good knowledge of Debit & Credit GST and TDS knowledge Bank and ledger reconciliation Accounts Payable & Receivable Payroll accounting P&L and Balance Sheet preparation Excel / Google Sheets Financial reporting Good analytical and problem-solving skills Accuracy and attention to detail Ability to meet reporting and compliance deadlines Added Advantage Experience in hospitality or restaurant accounting Advanced Excel / Google Sheets knowledge Experience handling large transaction volumes Experience in financial data analysis and reporting Knowledge of automation tools AI workflow and skills development knowledge Interest in learning AI-assisted accounting and workflow automation Benefits Free Food PF & ESI Medical Benefits Weekly Off Performance-based growth opportunities Candidate Profile Candidates should be responsible, detail-oriented and comfortable independently handling regular accounting, reconciliation, reporting and compliance activities.
