LEADERSHIP & ADMINISTRATION - Collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements Managing budgets. - Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary. - Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports. - Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company. - Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. - Confirms financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses; coordinating the collection, consolidation, and evaluation of financial data; preparing special reports. - Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential. - Makes and implements recommendations to improve accounting processes and procedures. - Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements; assisting with regulatory reporting as applicable. - Find ways to reduce or maintain costs by studying financial reports and business process. Requirements and Skills - BSBA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field preferably with CPA license. - Proven work experience as a Head of Accounting handling multiple company or corporation. - Hands-on experience with budgeting and risk management. - Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models. - Proficiency in accounting software. - Solid analytical and decision-making skills. - Leadership abilities. Education: Bachelor's (Required) License/Certification: CPA (Preferred) Schedule: 8 hour shift Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
