Job Position: Receptionist We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage and oversee the financial operations of our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, financial reporting, and real estate accounting. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial records and reporting. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, including accounts payable and receivable Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets Monitor cash flow and manage bank reconciliations Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies Prepare and file tax returns and manage tax-related issues Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial information Assist with internal and external audits Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA designation preferred but not required Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or property management Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel) Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Job Type: Full-time Application Question(s): Are you Chartered Certified Accountant?
