Assist with audit preparation and support external auditors during financial audits. Support financial reporting processes, including preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Identify and recommend process improvements to streamline accounting operations and enhance efficiency. Review and analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Participate in providing financial insights and analysis to support decision-making. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders Manage vendor relationships and negotiate supplier contracts to optimize pricing and terms. Qualifications Strong foundational knowledge of corporate accounting principles, practices, and procedures Minimum 4 Years of experience with balance sheet reconciliation, accounting payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial.reporting. Proficiency with various small to mid-sized business accounting software such as QuickBooks, Odoo, Sage, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, etc. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail Understanding of GAAP and IFRS standards Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
