Our operations focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences through high-quality offerings and efficient service. We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to oversee the financial management of our entire F&B division. The Senior Accountant will lead a small team and play a crucial role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and strategy across all brands. Job Description: As the Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing and supervising all accounting functions for the F&B division. Working closely with the leadership team, you will ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and efficient financial operations across our brands. You will also oversee two junior accountants and help streamline processes for better financial management. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger. Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and reports for all brands under the F&B division. Monitor and ensure timely reconciliation of bank accounts, vendor payments, and receivables. Ensure compliance with tax regulations, GST filings, TDS, and other statutory requirements. Provide financial analysis to assist in decision-making, including cost analysis, profitability studies, and cash flow management. Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Supervise, mentor, and guide two junior accountants, delegating tasks effectively while ensuring high standards of accuracy and efficiency. Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to monitor budgets and track expenses. Review and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and mitigate risks. Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA or equivalent qualification preferred). Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role, preferably in the F&B or hospitality sector. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Office, particularly Excel. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining financial accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
