About the Company Chindalia Industrial Products Limited (CIPL) is a public limited company engaged in the supply and distribution of industrial hydraulic tools and equipment, serving industries such as Steel, Power, Mining, Oil & Gas, Cement, Infrastructure, and Heavy Engineering. We are looking for an experienced and highly responsible Senior Accountant who can independently handle the company’s complete accounting, taxation, banking, compliance, and financial documentation activities. Position Senior Accountant Experience 10–15 years of relevant experience in Accounting & Finance Key Responsibilities Handle complete day-to-day accounting operations of the company independently. Maintain books of accounts in Tally Prime , including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journal entries, debit/credit notes, and ledger accounts. Perform bank reconciliation (Bank Reco) on a regular basis and resolve discrepancies. Prepare and maintain GST records and reconciliations . Handle complete GST return filing , including: GSTR-1 GSTR-3B GSTR-2B reconciliation GSTR-2A reconciliation Input Tax Credit (ITC) reconciliation GST payment and related compliance Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and TDS return filing . Prepare and maintain TDS certificates and related records . Handle Import/Export accounting and documentation , including Bill of Entry (BOE) accounting and reconciliation. Verify and record purchase invoices, sales invoices, expenses, receipts, and payments . Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable . Monitor customer outstanding payments and vendor outstanding balances. Prepare monthly and yearly financial statements , including: Profit & Loss Account Balance Sheet Trial Balance Debtors & Creditors Statements Cash Flow Statements Conduct regular ledger scrutiny and reconciliation . Ensure proper accounting of GST, TDS, advances, expenses, provisions, and statutory liabilities . Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, vendors, customers, and government authorities whenever required. Assist with statutory audit, tax audit, GST audit, and year-end closing . Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documentation for audit and compliance purposes. Ensure timely payment of GST, TDS, professional tax, and other statutory liabilities , as applicable. Handle foreign currency transactions, import purchases, and related accounting entries . Maintain proper documentation for imports, Bill of Entry, freight, customs duties, and related expenses . Prepare various MIS reports and management reports as required. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, taxation laws, GST regulations, and TDS provisions . Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely correction and proper documentation. Maintain confidentiality of financial and company information. Required Skills & Knowledge The candidate should have strong practical knowledge of: Tally Prime – Mandatory Complete Accounting & Bookkeeping GST & GST Return Filing GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B / ITC Reconciliation TDS Calculation & TDS Return Filing Bank Reconciliation Ledger Reconciliation Accounts Payable & Receivable Bill of Entry (BOE) Accounting Import & Export Accounting Purchase & Sales Accounting Invoicing and E-invoicing E-way Bill Trial Balance Profit & Loss Account Balance Sheet Cash Flow Audit & Audit Coordination Statutory Compliance Income Tax-related accounting knowledge Excel / MS Office Educational Qualification B.Com / M.Com preferred. CA Inter / CMA Inter or relevant professional qualification will be an added advantage. Strong practical accounting experience is essential. Experience 10–15 years of hands-on experience in Accounting & Finance. Candidates should have independently handled Tally Prime, GST, TDS, Bank Reconciliation, BOE, statutory compliance, and finalization of accounts . Experience in manufacturing, trading, industrial equipment, engineering, or similar businesses will be preferred. Candidate Profile Strong knowledge of end-to-end accounting and taxation . Should be capable of working independently with minimum supervision . Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong analytical and reconciliation skills. Good knowledge of statutory compliance and accounting procedures. Should be responsible, trustworthy, and capable of handling confidential financial information. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to meet statutory and accounting deadlines. Salary ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month , depending on experience, knowledge, and suitability.
