Sales Billing 2. Accounts Receivable 3. Customer/Ledger Reconciliation 4. Purchase Accounting 5. Banking 6. GST/TDS accounting 7. Commercial Accounting 8. Month-end closing 9. Statutory accounting support 10. Management reporting For freshers and candidates with limited experience, strong conceptual accounting knowledge, academic performance, analytical ability and willingness to learn will be more important than prior industry experience. This is not intended to be only a data-entry role. Candidates should have the ability and interest to understand why an accounting entry is passed and its impact on the Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet. Key Responsibilities Accounting & Bookkeeping Sales Billing Accounts Receivable & Reconciliation Banking GST & TDS Support Payroll & Employee Accounting Support Accounting Knowledge Expected Candidates should have strong conceptual knowledge of: 1. Accounting equation 2. Debit and credit principles 3. Journal entries 4. Trial Balance 5. Profit & Loss Account 6. Balance Sheet 7. Sales and purchase accounting 8. Accounts receivable 9. Accounts payable 10. Bank reconciliation 11. Depreciation basics 12. Provisions and outstanding expenses 13. Accruals and prepayments 14. Debit notes / credit notes 15. GST basics 16. TDS basics 17. Basic understanding of corporate financial statements Excel & Technology Skills Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel is expected. Knowledge/exposure to any of the following will be an advantage: 1. TallyPrime 2. Power Query 3. AI-assisted Excel tools 4. ChatGPT / Microsoft Copilot or similar productivity tools 5. Data-import/export tools 6. Accounting automation Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
