Record all daily financial transactions accurately and maintain proper accounting records. Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable, including supplier payments and client payment follow-ups. Prepare and monitor monthly bank, supplier, customer, and petty cash reconciliations. Manage petty cash, including recording, verification, and reconciliation. Prepare monthly financial reports including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, AR & AP aging, and submit to management. Follow up with clients for outstanding and overdue payments and provide regular collection updates to management. Verify supplier invoices and prepare payment schedules for management approval. Handle VAT calculations, reconciliations, and VAT filing within the required deadlines. Coordinate and manage UAE Corporate Tax compliance and filing. Monitor company cash flow, receivables, payables, and upcoming payments. Assist with audit requirements and provide financial documents and schedules when required. Ensure all accounting records, invoices, receipts, and financial documents are properly maintained and filed. Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and ensure accounts are accurate and up to date. Coordinate with management, clients, suppliers, auditors, and other departments regarding financial matters. Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and analysis as requested by management. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field. 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the UAE. Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax. Experience handling multiple companies is preferred. Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software(Tally ERP). Strong attention to detail, organization, follow-up, and communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
