As a Senior Account Manager , you’ll own the full sales cycle, originating, structuring, and closing capital solutions for mid-market companies across North America. You’ll work on transactions ranging from $500k to $50 million , engage directly with C-suite decision-makers, and earn what you’re worth in a high-reward, performance-driven environment. This is a role for an experienced producer. You already understand equipment finance, pricing, structuring, and credit analysis, and you know how to move sophisticated transactions from initial conversation through funding. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your book, pursue larger and more complex opportunities, and build deeper relationships with CEOs, CFOs, and VPs of Finance who need creative capital solutions traditional lenders may not provide. What You'll Do Drive Sales & Origination: Originate and close your own transactions end to end, from prospecting through structuring and funding. Engage senior executive and finance leaders, including CEOs, CFOs, VPs of Finance, and Controllers, as a trusted advisor on capital needs and financing strategy. Drive new-customer acquisition while expanding relationships and repeat business across your territory. Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities and move deals efficiently through to funded revenue. Conduct mid-sale and executive-level conversations independently and carry opportunities through to close. Structure Sophisticated Capital Solutions: Price, structure, and negotiate complex equipment lease and finance transactions. Perform in-depth credit analysis and prepare accurate financial spreads. Develop proposals and term sheets independently. Structure operating leases and larger, more complex transactions, partnering with the Large Transaction Team when appropriate. Identify creative financing solutions based on each customer’s business objectives, cash flow, equipment needs, and capital strategy. Lead by Example: Model strong selling, objection handling, relationship management, and deal discipline. Share knowledge and mentor developing Account Managers as you progress toward a leadership track. Collaborate with credit, documentation, funding, and leadership teams to move transactions efficiently. Contribute to a high-performance, team-oriented sales culture. What You'll Bring 4+ years of direct equipment finance, leasing, or commercial lending experience with a documented production record. Proven sales performance , including consistent achievement of funded revenue, gross margin, and new-account goals. Demonstrated ability to originate and close transactions independently and develop new customer relationships. Strong expertise in pricing, deal structuring, and credit analysis. Ability to run mid-sale calls and manage transactions through the sales cycle without significant manager oversight. Executive-level communication skills and the ability to discuss capital, cash flow, and financing strategy with C-suite decision-makers. Competitive drive, persistence, and business acumen with the ability to solve complex capital problems. Existing C-suite relationships or a portable network within the middle market are a strong plus . Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or Marketing preferred but not required . Banking, leasing, finance, or private equity experience is a significant plus .
