Who We Are

We are a specialized business consulting firm dedicated exclusively to liquidity management, corporate treasury, cash flow optimization, working capital, and financial advisory. Our Nashville office serves a sophisticated client base across Tennessee and the Southeast — industrial corporations, commercial enterprises, financial institutions, and investment funds. We do not offer generic consulting. Every engagement is rooted in deep financial specialization, and our Senior Account Managers are the trusted advisors our clients rely on.

The Role

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to take ownership of strategic client relationships, drive portfolio growth, and mentor junior team members. This is not a stepping-stone position. You will be entrusted with enterprise-level accounts from day one, working directly with C-suite stakeholders, treasury departments, and finance leaders to deliver measurable outcomes in liquidity optimization and working capital efficiency.

You will report to the Director of Client Advisory and collaborate daily with teams across Financial Consulting, Treasury Advisory, Compliance, Data Analytics, and Customer Success.

What You'll Be Doing

Strategic Client Ownership Manage a portfolio of high-value domestic and international clients. Serve as the primary relationship owner, accountable for client satisfaction, retention, revenue growth, and overall account health.

Revenue Growth & Upselling Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within existing accounts. Lead commercial conversations, negotiate renewals, and drive upselling of our consulting services — treasury advisory, cash flow optimization, and working capital engagements.

Consulting Engagement Leadership Collaborate with senior consultants to scope and deliver complex liquidity management projects. Oversee data analysis, report preparation, executive presentations, and commercial proposals. Ensure project milestones are met and issues are escalated appropriately.

Client Communication & Advisory Serve as the senior point of contact for client inquiries and strategic discussions related to liquidity management services. Provide thought leadership and market insight that positions our firm as an indispensable partner.

Onboarding & Implementation Oversight Guide new enterprise clients through onboarding, ensuring clear communication about our service model, documentation requirements, and project kickoff logistics. Facilitate a seamless transition from sales to delivery.

Reporting & Performance Analysis Oversee the preparation of periodic reports on portfolio performance, project KPIs, liquidity metrics, and client satisfaction. Use CRM platforms and advanced analytical tools to track and present data to internal stakeholders and clients.

Mentorship & Team Development Provide guidance and support to Junior Account Managers and Account Managers. Share expertise, review work product, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.

Who We're Looking ForEducation & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Political Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in account management, client advisory, or commercial roles — ideally within consulting, corporate finance, treasury, banking, fintech, or financial services.
  • Demonstrated track record of managing enterprise-level client relationships and achieving revenue growth targets.
  • Experience mentoring junior team members or leading project teams is highly valued.

Technical Competencies

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Strong ability to produce professional documents — reports, executive presentations, and commercial proposals.
  • Solid understanding of liquidity management principles (cash flow, working capital, treasury, banking relationships) is a significant advantage.

Language Skills

Proficiency in additional languages is highly welcomed and will be considered a valuable asset. Our firm serves international clients and operates with global consulting methodologies, so the ability to communicate in languages such as Italian, Spanish, French, or German will support your work with cross-border clients and international projects. English fluency is required for all internal and client-facing communication.

Personal Attributes

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with a focus on active listening, empathy, and executive presence.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple strategic priorities simultaneously.
  • Proactive and intellectually curious, with a genuine commitment to professional growth and industry expertise.
  • Effective problem-solver who can translate complex client needs into actionable commercial and operational strategies.
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced consulting environment.
