Senior 3pl Account Manager
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior 3pl Account Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing key customer accounts, driving new and existing 3pl business development initiatives, and fostering strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate will have a proven track in managing key account management, 3pl sales, along with exceptional leadership and communication skills. Salary Base plus Strong Commission Structure per month!!!! Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Lead negotiations to secure contracts and close deals that align with company goals. Drive new 3pl business development efforts by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts as well as potential new clients. Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective strategies that enhance brand visibility and client engagement. Conduct warm calls to nurture leads and maintain ongoing communication with clients. Monitoring customers performance by KPI reporting Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and improve service offerings. Conducting Quartey Review / Year End Meeting to customers Creating SOP's for New and existing customer accounts Conducting Corrective actions plans Support with RFQ's and RFP's Support in Pricing Spot Market and Long term Pricing Skills Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes positively. Proven experience in 3pl new business development in (LTL, FTL, flatbed, intermodal, etc.) Proactively identify current account expansion opportunities (LTL, FTL, flatbed, intermodal, etc.) Monitoring customers performance by KPI reporting Excellent account management capabilities with a focus on client satisfaction. Strong sales acumen combined with analytical skills for data-driven decision-making. Experience in current market regarding spot pricing and long term pricing Familiar with RFQ's and RFP's Exceptional leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and collaboration. Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients.
