(ISSI) is seeking a full-time, highly qualified Security Systems Engineer to support the implementation, administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of enterprise Video Management Systems (VMS) and CCTV infrastructure. We are looking for an experienced engineer with strong knowledge of Genetec Security Center, Axis cameras, Windows servers, enterprise storage, and IP-based video surveillance systems. Key Qualifications Candidates should have strong technical experience in several of the following areas: - Genetec Security Center administration, configuration, and troubleshooting - Axis IP cameras, including fixed, PTZ, panoramic, and multisensor cameras - Enterprise CCTV/VMS architecture and large-scale camera deployments - Microsoft Windows Server environments and virtualization - Dell/HP servers, workstations, and enterprise storage solutions, including NAS/DAS and RAID - IP networking, including TCP/IP, VLANs, multicast/unicast, routing, DNS, NTP, and network troubleshooting - Video technologies and protocols, including H.264/H.265, ONVIF, RTSP, resolution, frame rate, and bandwidth - Audio/video encoders and decoders - Microsoft SQL Server and database fundamentals - Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Visio Education & Experience Candidates must meet one of the following: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience; or - High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years of directly related technical experience. Certification & Preferred Experience - Genetec Security Center certification is strongly preferred - Advanced Genetec certifications are highly desirable - Experience with Axis Communications products and technologies - Experience supporting large-scale, mission-critical CCTV environments - Experience with system upgrades, migrations, server/storage deployments, and camera replacement projects - Experience in airport, transportation, government, or other critical infrastructure environments is highly desirable Responsibilities - Administer, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise CCTV and VMS infrastructure. - Configure and support Genetec Security Center components, cameras, servers, storage, and related system services. - Configure, program, commission, and troubleshoot IP cameras and other security system components. - Troubleshoot issues involving cameras, VMS applications, servers, storage, workstations, and network connectivity. - Perform software, firmware, patch, and plugin deployment and testing. - Conduct preventive maintenance, system health checks, backups, and corrective remediation. - Support system upgrades, expansions, equipment replacements, and new deployments. - Monitor system availability, recording performance, storage utilization, and overall system health. - Respond to service requests and resolve technical issues reported by system users. - Create and maintain system documentation, configurations, procedures, inventories, and as-built drawings. - Review and follow OEM technical requirements, standards, and best practices. - Coordinate with customers, vendors, field technicians, network teams, and other technical personnel as required. Professional Requirements - Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to independently diagnose complex technical issues. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work effectively with technical teams, customers, vendors, and individuals with diverse backgrounds and responsibilities. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment while maintaining accuracy and sound technical judgment. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project schedules and deadlines. - Willingness to perform occasional night, weekend, or after-hours work when required for maintenance, deployments, or system upgrades. - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. - Must be willing and able to successfully complete required background checks, security screening, and badging requirements.
