Security Site Supervisor
Responsible for supervising site staff, ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining service quality, and coordinating with clients and management to meet site requirements. Key Responsibilities Supervise and monitor site staff and daily activities. Ensure proper staff deployment, attendance, and discipline. Monitor work quality and ensure company standards are followed. Conduct regular site inspections and report issues to management. Coordinate with clients regarding site requirements and complaints. Ensure proper use of equipment, materials, uniforms, and company assets. Prepare daily site reports and attendance records. Address operational issues and arrange necessary corrective actions. Ensure health, safety, and site procedures are followed. Coordinate with the Operations Manager and other departments as required. Requirements Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role. Good leadership and communication skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage staff and handle client requirements. Basic computer and report-writing skills. UAE experience preferred. Ability to work flexible shifts when required.
