Manage security personnel, scheduling, deployment, and performance. Conduct regular site inspections, security audits, and risk assessments. Handle and investigate security incidents and emergency situations. Coordinate with clients, management, authorities, and other stakeholders. Ensure compliance with security policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards. Prepare operational, incident, and performance reports. Implement security improvements and corrective actions to address operational gaps. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminology, Business Administration, or related field. At least 3–5 years of experience in security operations , preferably in a supervisory or managerial role. Experience in BPO, corporate, commercial, or high-volume security operations is an advantage. Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of security protocols, incident management, risk assessment, and emergency response. Valid security-related licenses/certifications and training, as applicable. Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays. Can Start ASAP - September 1st week.
