In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of security operations, ensuring a safe and secure environment through proactive management, surveillance oversight, incident response, and comprehensive reporting. Your leadership will drive the implementation of security protocols, coordinate emergency responses, and foster a culture of safety across the organization. Duties - Develop, implement, and continuously improve security policies and procedures to ensure organizational safety. - Oversee surveillance systems, including CCTV monitoring and camera audits, to detect and respond to potential threats or breaches. - Manage daily security operations, including access control for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors. - Lead incident investigations by collecting evidence, writing detailed reports, and coordinating with law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary. - Conduct regular patrols and visual inspections of premises to identify vulnerabilities or safety hazards. - Train security staff on surveillance techniques, report writing standards, emergency procedures, and first aid protocols. - Maintain accurate records of incidents, patrols, access logs, and security activities to support audits and investigations. Experience - Proven experience in security management or a related field with demonstrated leadership capabilities. - Strong knowledge of surveillance systems, CCTV operation, and security technology integration. - Excellent report writing skills with the ability to document incidents clearly and thoroughly. - First aid certification or experience in emergency medical response is highly desirable. - Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and decisively while maintaining professionalism. - Familiarity with security regulations and compliance standards relevant to organizational operations.
