Security Operations Manager We are seeking an experienced, results-oriented Security Operations Manager to lead daily security operations across multiple client locations. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a background in security, military, or law enforcement and proven experience managing teams in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. They excel at balancing operational efficiency with exceptional customer service, ensuring proper staffing, compliance, and high-quality service while building strong client and employee relationships. This individual is organized, adaptable, and solutions-focused, with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage long-term scheduling and staffing for assigned client locations Serve as the primary liaison between clients, security personnel, and leadership Conduct regular site visits and ensure compliance with company policies and post orders Supervise Security Officers, Site Supervisors, and Field Supervisors Monitor staffing levels, overtime, attendance, and employee performance Coordinate onboarding, training, and orientation of new hires Ensure timely response to client concerns and operational issues Implement corrective action plans and assist with investigations when needed Maintain accurate operational reports, payroll adjustments, and scheduling records Ensure all assigned personnel maintain required licenses and certifications Support emergency response operations and serve as Manager on Duty when assigned Utilize operational platforms such as WinTeam, Lighthouse, EHub, Microsoft Office, and Outlook QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred Prior security industry, military, or law enforcement experience is REQUIRED 3–5 years of management experience in a fast-paced service environment REQUIRED Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills REQUIRED Experience with scheduling, employee supervision, and operational management REQUIRED Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and computer-based scheduling/payroll systems REQUIRED Must have valid Driver’s License REQUIRED Valid Security Guard License required where applicable SKILLS & COMPETENCIES: Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Professional communication and de-escalation capabilities Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented leadership style Ability to work independently with minimal supervision WORK ENVORONMENT & SCHEDULE: Full-time position Combination of office, field, and client-site work Weekly site visits required Must be available for evenings, weekends, emergencies, and occasional overnight shifts Remote work is not permitted without approval PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in various environments COMPENSATION: Compensation for this role is set and cannot be negotiated Why join us?
