# Security Manager **TRUST HIRING** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 4 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Summary: The Security Head will be responsible for managing and overseeing the complete security operations of the residential community, ensuring the safety and security of residents, visitors, employees, assets, facilities, and common areas. The role requires strong leadership, security planning, incident management, team supervision, and coordination with UAE authorities and relevant stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all security operations across the residential community. Supervise Security Supervisors, Security Guards, Control Room Operators, and other security personnel. Develop and implement effective security procedures, policies, and emergency response plans. Ensure 24/7 security coverage and proper deployment of security staff across gates, access points, patrol areas, and common facilities. Monitor access control for residents, visitors, contractors, vendors, and delivery vehicles. Oversee CCTV surveillance, control room operations, access control systems, alarms, and other security equipment. Conduct regular security inspections and identify potential risks, vulnerabilities, and security gaps. Handle and investigate security incidents, theft, unauthorized access, accidents, disturbances, and emergencies. Prepare detailed incident reports and submit recommendations to management. Coordinate with Dubai Police, Civil Defence, security service providers, and other relevant authorities when required. Establish and conduct emergency preparedness, evacuation, fire, and crisis-management drills. Ensure proper management of community events, VIP visits, contractor activities, and high-risk operations. Maintain strict control over community entry and exit procedures. Review daily security reports, patrol logs, CCTV incidents, access records, and other security documentation. Ensure security staff follow company policies, community rules, and professional standards. Conduct regular briefings, training, toolbox talks, and performance evaluations for security personnel. Manage security manpower, duty rosters, leave schedules, attendance, and deployment requirements. Coordinate with Facilities, Community Management, Maintenance, Housekeeping, and other departments regarding security-related matters. Manage security contractors and ensure compliance with agreed service levels and contractual requirements. Monitor security-related budgets, equipment, uniforms, and operational requirements. Ensure all security equipment and systems are maintained and functioning properly. Handle resident and visitor security complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution. Maintain confidentiality of security information, CCTV footage, access records, and sensitive community information. Continuously review and improve community security standards and procedures. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Police/Military Studies, or a related field is preferred. 8–12+ years of security experience , with significant experience in a senior security management position. Previous experience in residential communities, luxury properties, real estate, hotels, gated communities, or large-scale developments is preferred. Strong knowledge of security operations, access control, CCTV, emergency response, and incident management. Experience managing large security teams and security contractors. Good knowledge of UAE security regulations and coordination with local authorities . Strong leadership, communication, investigation, and problem-solving skills. Good command of English ; Arabic is an advantage. UAE driving licence is preferred. Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies when required.
