The Security Personnel will be responsible for protecting company assets, monitoring site access, ensuring the safety of personnel, and preventing unauthorized entry, theft, or damage to property. Key Responsibilities Guard construction sites during assigned day or night shifts. Control and monitor entry and exit of employees, subcontractors, suppliers, and visitors. Verify identity and maintain visitor and vehicle entry logs. Conduct routine patrols around the construction site, offices, storage areas, and equipment yards. Prevent unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and trespassing. Monitor CCTV systems (where available) and report any suspicious activities. Ensure construction materials, tools, machinery, and company assets are secure. Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, accidents, or security incidents. Report security breaches, accidents, damages, or unusual occurrences immediately to Site Management. Assist during emergency evacuations and coordinate with emergency services when required. Ensure gates remain secured during non-working hours. Maintain daily security reports, occurrence logs, and shift handover records. Enforce company security policies and site safety regulations. Cooperate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, HSE Officers, and other site personnel to maintain a safe working environment. Requirements Previous experience as a Security Guard, preferably in construction sites, industrial facilities, or commercial premises. Physically fit and able to stand or patrol for extended periods. Good observation and communication skills. Ability to work independently and remain alert during long shifts. Basic English communication skills (Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic is an advantage). Willingness to work rotating day and night shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required. Knowledge of emergency response procedures and incident reporting is preferred. Valid SIRA certification is an advantage (if required by the assignment).
