You will manage and grow strategic defence and security sector accounts in Finland. You will own the go-to-market strategy and execution for these accounts, build trusted relationships with the right decision makers locally and globally. Both at the customer and the ecosystem and at Amazon. You open doors and build collaboration and with that drive revenue growth and mutual success with customers. You will report to the Finnish Leadership and collaborate closely with regional stakeholders to deliver on bold growth ambitions. This role is based in Helsinki, Finland with travel required to key customer sites. Key job responsibilities • Build and maintain trusted senior relationships with strategic accounts and organizations, Foster partnerships anchored on customer obsession, accountability, and continuous improvement. • Partner with cross-functional teams (Business Development, Solutions Architects, Partner Organization, Marketing, Customer Success) to solve customers' most complex business and technical challenges. • Identify transformational opportunities, de-risk execution, and replicate success through scalable plays and mechanisms. • Use data and metrics to manage pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and sales productivity. • Represent AWS at industry events and evangelize our innovation across Finland • Accelerate customer adoption & develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts • Travel as necessary - • Strong verbal and written communication skills (Finnish and/or English) - • Experience engaging and influencing senior executives, demonstrating a strong familiarity with decision-making processes in defence and security organizations in Finland and/or Nato
