# Security Consultant – Microsoft 365 & Endpoint Security **BETA TECHNOLOGIES MIDDLE EAST** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Security Consultant with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in endpoint security, Microsoft 365 security, and cloud security solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender, Entra ID, endpoint security, identity protection, and security policies . The candidate will be responsible for implementing, managing, monitoring, and supporting security solutions for clients and providing technical guidance to ensure a secure and compliant IT environment. Key Roles & Responsibilities Design, implement, configure, and manage Microsoft 365 security solutions for clients. Configure and manage Microsoft Intune for endpoint management and security. Implement and manage Microsoft Defender security solutions, including endpoint protection, threat detection, alerts, and incident response. Configure and manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) , including user identity, MFA, Conditional Access, and access controls. Implement endpoint security policies covering Windows devices, laptops, mobile devices, and corporate applications . Configure security policies such as: Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Conditional Access Device compliance policies BitLocker encryption Microsoft Defender policies Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Application and device restrictions Endpoint security baselines Monitor security alerts, investigate incidents, and take appropriate remediation actions. Perform security assessments of Microsoft 365 and endpoint environments and recommend improvements. Support clients with Microsoft 365 security hardening and best practices . Assist with vulnerability management, endpoint protection, and security incident investigation. Implement security controls to protect company data across endpoints, Microsoft 365, and cloud environments. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, security reports, configurations, and client documentation. Work with clients to understand their security requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions. Support IT audits, compliance reviews, and security assessments where required. Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Intune, Defender, endpoint, and security-related issues. Coordinate with internal technical teams, vendors, and client IT teams for implementation and support activities. Provide technical recommendations for improving clients' overall cybersecurity posture. Stay updated with the latest Microsoft security technologies, cybersecurity threats, and industry best practices . Required Skills & Experience Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, endpoint security, Microsoft 365, or IT security. Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 security . Good experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint / Microsoft Defender security solutions . Good knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) . Practical experience with MFA, Conditional Access, DLP, device compliance, encryption, and endpoint security policies . Good understanding of Windows endpoint security and administration. Experience in security monitoring, incident investigation, and remediation. Good understanding of cybersecurity principles, endpoint protection, identity security, and access management. Experience working directly with clients and handling technical requirements. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good documentation and communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a technical team. Desirable / Added Advantage Microsoft certifications such as SC-200, SC-300, SC-400, AZ-500, MD-102, or equivalent . Experience with Microsoft 365 Business Premium / E3 / E5 security features. Experience with Acronis Cyber Protect or other endpoint backup/security solutions. Knowledge of network security solutions such as Fortinet, Sophos, or similar technologies . Experience supporting clients in regulated industries such as financial services, insurance, investment, or professional services . Knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, or CIS Controls . Experience preparing audit evidence and security/compliance documentation. Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be: Technically strong and hands-on. Customer-focused with good communication skills. Able to independently manage technical security projects. Comfortable working with client IT teams and business users. Proactive in identifying security risks and recommending improvements. Willing to travel to client sites when required. Able to manage multiple client environments and priorities. Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field . Relevant Microsoft or cybersecurity certifications will be an advantage. Experience 5+ years of relevant experience in Microsoft 365, Endpoint Security, Cybersecurity, or IT Security. Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
