Secondary & Off Plan Sales Agent

Remart Properties LLC is looking for ambitious, motivated, and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agents specializing in Off-Plan and Secondary Market properties to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and successfully close property transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle property sales across Off-Plan and Secondary Markets.
• Generate leads, conduct client follow-ups, and convert inquiries into successful transactions.
• Advise clients on property investments, market trends, pricing, and available opportunities.
• Conduct property viewings, client meetings, and developer presentations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and developers.
• Manage property listings and maintain accurate records through the company CRM.
• Negotiate offers and coordinate transactions through to successful closure.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Land Department (DLD) and RERA regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate sales experience (Mandatory).
• Good knowledge of Dubai's Off-Plan and Secondary property markets.
• Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with property portals such as Bayut and Property Finder.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently and within a team.
• Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
• RERA certification is a plus.
