Cashiering: Process customer purchases efficiently, handle cash, card, and digital payments, issue receipts, and ensure accurate end-of-shift balancing of the cash drawer. Reporting: Prepares and submits accurate daily inventory and sales reports. Product Security: Safeguards merchandise from loss, damage, or theft during store operations. Stock Monitoring: Monitors and maintains proper stock levels on shelves, racks, and display cabinets. Store Cleanliness: Cleans and maintains the selling area, display shelves, and racks when not attending to customers. Delivery Handling: Assists in receiving new deliveries and updates stock records accordingly. Merchandising: Replenishes items on display and regularly updates visual merchandising to maintain a fresh and appealing presentation. Ensures items are properly folded, hung, and arranged. Cleaning Equipment: Ensures cleaning tools and materials are in good working condition and ready for daily use. Shift Handover: Properly endorses pending tasks, reserved items, or customer belongings to colleagues before taking days off or leave. Suggestive Selling: Engages in upselling and cross-selling techniques to improve customer experience and boost sales. Team Support: Assists store heads with additional tasks and duties as assigned. Does suggestive selling for better sales. Assists store heads in whatever duties are called for, relevant work assigned.
