Search Engine Optimization Manager
We are hiring a SEO Supervisor to lead organic search initiatives that improve website visibility, qualified traffic, and conversions. You will develop and execute SEO strategies across technical, on-page, content, and local SEO while identifying opportunities to strengthen search performance. The role will collaborate closely with Content, E-Commerce, Marketing, and technical teams to support sustainable organic growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, qualified traffic, and conversions. Conduct keyword research and identify growth opportunities across product categories, landing pages, and content. Optimize on-page SEO elements, including metadata, headings, internal linking, content structure, and schema markup. Perform regular technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers and external partners to resolve identified issues. Monitor indexing, crawlability, redirects, XML sitemaps, site speed, and Core Web Vitals performance. Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversion rates, and other SEO KPIs, and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports. Collaborate with Content, E-Commerce, and Marketing teams to implement SEO best practices across digital assets. Analyze competitors, monitor search engine updates, and leverage AI-powered SEO tools to improve research, optimization, and reporting. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field. 5–8 years of experience in SEO, including experience managing SEO projects or initiatives. Strong knowledge of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Content SEO, and search engine best practices. Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and SEMrush. Strong understanding of website structures, indexing, crawling, redirects, XML sitemaps, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals. Experience working with e-commerce websites is highly preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills. Based in Egypt and able to manage multiple SEO projects in a full-time environment.
