The Scrum Master will serve as a servant leader and delivery enabler, helping teams apply Agile principles, improve delivery predictability, remove impediments, and foster continuous improvement. You will work closely with Product Owners, engineers, QA specialists, architects, operations teams, and business stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and sustainable delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement. - Coach teams on Scrum principles, Agile practices, self-management, and continuous improvement. - Support Product Owners in maintaining a clear, prioritized, and refined product backlog. - Identify and help remove blockers, risks, dependencies, and delivery constraints. - Provide stakeholders with clear visibility on progress, priorities, risks, dependencies, and delivery forecasts. - Promote incremental delivery, continuous feedback, quality, and sustainable development practices. - Support software, workflow automation, and AI-enabled solution delivery from discovery through release and continuous improvement. - Facilitate collaboration among business stakeholders, software engineers, automation specialists, data/AI practitioners, and operations teams. - Lead retrospectives and ensure agreed improvement actions are implemented. - Help teams improve delivery quality, efficiency, predictability, and Agile maturity. - Build strong relationships with Product Owners, technology teams, business leaders, and delivery partners. Qualifications: - Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead supporting software development or digital product teams. - Strong knowledge of Scrum principles and Agile software delivery practices. - Proven experience facilitating cross-functional teams and iterative delivery. - Experience managing risks, dependencies, impediments, and stakeholder expectations. - Strong ability to influence and coach teams without direct authority. - Experience working with distributed or global teams. - Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, relationship management, and problem-solving skills. - Experience using Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile/delivery management tools. - Willingness to learn emerging technologies, including AI and automation platforms. - Ability to work a schedule that provides meaningful overlap with North America business and technology partners. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience supporting automation, workflow, digital transformation, data, analytics, or AI-enabled initiatives. - Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, cloud platforms, and production support. - Experience in benefits administration, outsourcing, financial services, health and benefits, or other regulated/operationally complex environments. - Scrum or Agile certification such as CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent.
