WHAT YOU GET TO DO: - Schedule appointments via email, phone, or customer TMS based on customer requirements - Work with members of other teams to guarantee a smooth delivery process - Work with the Customer Sales team to improve specific customer scheduling processes to ensure optimal loads - Work with Carrier Sales team to optimize loads to improve carrier sourcing - Assist with challenging requests and know when they should be escalated REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: - 1-2 years of experience in a coordinating, scheduling, or administrative role - Strong attention to detail and showcases proactiveness. - Fluent in English - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize.
