Professionalism and courteous conduct with customers are highly valued in this role. Responsibilities of the role are: - Manage inbound and outbound calls from tenants in rental properties. - Schedule appointments for technicians to conduct on-site photo reviews. - Multitasking - Making adequate notes on orders. - Directing calls - Responding to emails - Returning voicemails - Constant communication with all team members - Attendance and punctuality - Attending Meetings every Tuesday - Learning new roles if the opportunity arises.
