# Scaffolder **Euro Gulf Safety Consultant** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 8 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Roles and Responsibilities - Supervise and coordinate daily activities of scaffolding crews to ensure safe and efficient work practices. - Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies. - Inspect and evaluate scaffolding systems for quality and adherence to specifications. - Train and mentor scaffolding crew members on proper techniques and safety procedures. - Manage the scheduling and allocation of resources for scaffolding projects. - Collaborate with other supervisors and project managers to plan and execute scaffolding installations. - Maintain accurate records and documentation of scaffolding activities and inspections. - Monitor and report on project progress, including identifying and addressing any issues or delays. - Coordinate with clients and other stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and project success. - Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in scaffold technology to continually improve processes and practices. Desired Candidate Profile - Minimum of 2 years of experience in scaffolding supervision. - Valid scaffolding certification or license. - Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in scaffolding. - Experience in planning and executing scaffolding projects. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. - Analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. - Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks.
