Participants get pre and post blood tests, a doctor consultation, 20 curated meals, 1-on-1 consultations and group support, with delivery included. You will run each cohort end to end, from a participant's first enquiry to their post-programme blood test, not including giving medical advice as we have a team of doctors and nutritionists to answer clinical questions. What you'll do Answer WhatsApp and call enquiries, close sign-ups, and collect payment, allergies and delivery details. Book pre-programme blood tests and doctor consultations, and get results back in time for meal personalisation. Send the kitchen an accurate daily cook list with counts and every allergy. Make sure lunch and dinner are packed, routed and delivered on time for ten days, and recover late or failed deliveries the same day. Run the participant group chat and keep it positive, especially around the day 4–6 drop-off. Make sure every participant completes the post-programme blood test, then review results with each one. Post daily content, schedule 1-on-1 consultations, and keep participant, payment and results records clean. Report enrolments, completion, outcomes, cost per participant and complaints to management. Write SOPs so the next cohort doesn't depend on one person's memory. What we're looking for 3–5 years in F&B, catering, meal delivery, clinic or wellness programme operations, with some customer-facing work Comfortable coordinating a kitchen, a delivery run and a clinic appointment in the same hour Strong written Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is a plus) Fast, warm and clear on WhatsApp, and calm when handling complaints Confident with spreadsheets for counts, costs and before-and-after results Discreet with health information Organised under pressure (a cohort start date does not move) Own transport, and willing to be at the kitchen early Nice to have Health, nutrition or naturopathy background Experience working with clinics, labs or doctors HACCP or food-handling certification Plant-based food interest Content writing skills Experience launching something new Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
