Position Overview Position: SAT/ACT Tutor Trainer (Train the Trainer) Location: Remote, US Based / US EST alignment preferred) Job Classification: Contract (1099) / Part-Time Design and deliver comprehensive training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions for aspiring and expereinced SAT and ACT tutors. Methodology Mastery: Instruct educators on proprietary TPAPT test preparation strategies, content breakdowns, and diagnostic evaluation tactics. Mentor & Coach: Observe mock tutoring sessions, provide constructive feedback, and track the professional growth of new cohort members. Curriculum Support: Collaborate with academic leads to refine instructional guides based on current exam trends. Quality Assurance: Ensure all trained tutors meet high standards for student score improvement and clear communication Requirements Education: Earned Bachelor’s Degree required. Experience: 5 or more years of professional experience as an SAT or ACT tutor, with a documented track record of high student score improvements. Training Background: Past experience delivering educator workshops, professional development, or peer coaching. Communication: Exceptionally clear communicator with strong online presentation and virtual facilitation skills (Zoom/Google Classroom).
