Their responsibility primarily covers the implementation, configuration, testing, training, and deployment of SAP Transportation Management solutions based on defined business requirements. They are responsible for analyzing transportation, logistics, and supply chain processes, translating business requirements into SAP TM solutions, configuring the system, improving transportation processes, and identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation. They work closely with SAP functional and technical teams, client stakeholders, key users, and end users to ensure that the implemented solution meets business and operational requirements. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for business process analysis and engineering across all phases of the project lifecycle, including project preparation, blueprinting, configuration, customization, testing, end-user training, Go-Live preparation, and overall client management for SAP TM projects. Assess customer transportation, logistics, and supply chain requirements, design appropriate SAP TM solutions, and implement these solutions to support efficient transportation operations and ensure customer satisfaction. Perform end-to-end SAP TM configuration covering transportation planning, freight order management, freight unit management, transportation requirements, carrier selection, transportation charges, freight settlement, route determination, transportation execution, and related transportation processes. Configure and support SAP TM integration with related SAP modules, particularly SAP S/4HANA, SAP SD, SAP MM, SAP EWM, and relevant external transportation, carrier, and logistics systems. Analyze and optimize transportation and logistics processes, identifying opportunities for process improvement, automation, cost reduction, improved transportation planning, and increased operational efficiency. Configure transportation planning and execution processes, including transportation proposals, carrier determination, scheduling, route and stage determination, load planning, and transportation execution. Support freight management processes, including freight order creation, freight tendering, carrier management, freight agreements, charge calculation, and freight settlement. Manage and support master data preparation, validation, and migration related to transportation operations, including business partners, locations, products, transportation lanes, carriers, vehicles, transportation resources, and other relevant master data. Facilitate Functional Testing, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), key-user training, and end-user training. Coordinate with SAP functional and technical consultants to ensure proper integration, data flow, and alignment of SAP TM with overall business and supply chain processes. Prepare standard project documentation, including Business Process Blueprints, Business User Requirements, Functional Specifications, End-User Manuals, Configuration Manuals, Test Scripts, and Test Results. Provide Go-Live, Hypercare, and post-implementation support, ensuring timely resolution of SAP TM issues and stable transportation and logistics operations. Job Specifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related business or technical course. Experience in transportation management, logistics, supply chain operations, freight management, or related business processes, with knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Completed at least one full-cycle SAP TM implementation, preferably with experience in SAP S/4HANA and SAP Transportation Management. Strong knowledge of SAP TM processes, configuration, and integration with related SAP modules, particularly SAP S/4HANA, SD, MM, and EWM. Knowledge of transportation planning, freight order management, carrier selection, transportation execution, freight settlement, and transportation charge calculation. Familiarity with SAP implementation methodologies and different SAP versions. Preferably with experience in a local SAP-enabled manufacturing, distribution, retail, transportation, or logistics company. Experience in transportation operations, including transportation planning, carrier management, route planning, freight execution, freight settlement, and logistics coordination. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and client management skills. Work Location: Hybrid remote in Makati
