This is a full-time, on-site position in Tangerang offered on a 1-year contract with potential extension based on performance. Key responsibilities Support SAP SuccessFactors PMGM activities throughout the project process Understand business requirements and collaborate with HR, business users, and project/technical teams Work with Performance & Goals Management processes including goal setting, performance form, performance evaluation, and related HR processes About you Experience using SAP SuccessFactors PMGM from end user or business user perspective Good understanding of Performance & Goals Management processes, including goal setting, performance form, performance evaluation, and related HR processes Experience using SAP SuccessFactors PMGM in an organizational or company environment Ability to understand business requirements and work with HR, business users, and project/technical teams Strong communication, analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills Immediate availability highly preferred Experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, rollout, enhancement, UAT, or system improvement is a plus Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors configuration or implementation is an advantage Experience with Succession & Career Development Planning (SCDP) is a plus Work Location: In person
