Design, implement, and support solutions for complex Human Capital Management (HCM) business processes. - Conduct requirements and design sessions with customers to identify current processes and future state needs. - Document requirements and configuration decisions in the configuration workbook and work directly with the client to obtain sign-off of the final document. - Configure applications to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on HCM processes. - Work with team members to facilitate successful integration between modules and related business processes. - Validate configurations through testing plans and scripts - Use standard tools to execute data migration activities including data loads and validation - Train end-users on specific processes and applications - Provide post-implementation support services including incident management, release management, and enhancement requests. - Transfer knowledge to the customer for ongoing maintenance & support - Keep abreast of upcoming SAP releases and features . - Maintain certifications in your respective area(s) of expertise. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Functional skill in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central & Succession is a must and Basic knowledge of interfacing within SF Cross modules is a plus. Excellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with a strong work ethic to independently implement the SF Succession module. Knowledge of MS Project and Visio is a plus. Agile experience preferred.
