# SAP Success Factors **Radii Global Sdn Bhd** · Taguig · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 3 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Position: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant Employment Type: Permanent / Contract Work Setup: Hybrid Location: Malaysia About the Role We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, integration, and ongoing enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors solutions. The consultant will work closely with HR/business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable HR solutions aligned with business requirements. Key Responsibilities Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors modules based on business requirements. Gather, analyze, and translate HR business requirements into SuccessFactors solutions. Participate in full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors implementation , including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Perform system configuration, enhancements, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Support integration between SuccessFactors and SAP/non-SAP systems. Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and user documentation. Conduct SIT, UAT, regression testing , and defect resolution. Work with HR stakeholders to optimize existing HR processes and SuccessFactors functionality. Support data migration, validation, and data quality activities. Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, interfaces, and enhancements. Provide production support and investigate system issues. Stay aligned with SAP SuccessFactors releases and recommend relevant system improvements. Must-Have Skills Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors . Experience in one or more SuccessFactors modules, such as: Employee Central (EC) Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Recruiting (RCM) Onboarding Performance & Goals Compensation Learning (LMS) Strong experience in SuccessFactors configuration and customization . Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations . Knowledge of HR business processes and SAP HCM concepts. Experience in requirements gathering, testing, troubleshooting, and production support. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Good to Have Experience with SAP Integration Center, CPI/BTP, APIs, OData, SOAP/REST or related integration technologies. Experience with SAP HCM / SAP ERP HCM . Experience in data migration and integration projects. SAP SuccessFactors certification. Experience working in regional/global implementation projects. Experience 4+ years of relevant SAP SuccessFactors experience preferred. Experience in full-cycle implementation and support is an advantage.
