Map, model, and analyze current business processes using Signavio and identify areas for optimization. Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to design and implement process improvements and solutions. Use Signavio’s process modelling tools to create visual representations of business processes, workflows, and data flows. Assist in the development of process documentation and user manuals, ensuring alignment with SAP functionality. Conduct training sessions to educate users on process changes and SAP functionality. Support SAP-related projects, including upgrades, new implementations, and system enhancements. Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions to bridge business needs with SAP capabilities. Ensure compliance with best practices and standards for business process management and SAP usage. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP and related business processes. Qualifications Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on SAP systems (e.g., SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA). Strong experience in business process modelling and optimization using Signavio Deep understanding of SAP modules Sales & Distribution (SD) Proficiency in process mapping, workflow management, and data analysis tools. Experience in managing SAP implementation projects or working in SAP-focused environments. Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
