You will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical consultants to deliver end-to-end SAP solutions that support financial processes and organizational objectives. The role also involves system enhancements, troubleshooting, testing, and continuous process improvement to ensure optimal system performance. Roles & Responsibilities Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP S/4HANA FI General Ledger. Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional SAP solutions. Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA FI General Ledger and related SAP FICO modules. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business users, and technical consultants to deliver high-quality solutions. Lead or support workshops, requirement gathering sessions, system demonstrations, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Provide production support, troubleshoot system issues, and implement timely resolutions. Participate in SAP implementation, enhancement, migration, and upgrade projects. Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of assigned deliverables. Create and maintain functional specifications, configuration documents, and end-user documentation. Share knowledge, mentor junior team members, and promote SAP best practices. Professional & Technical Skills Required Skills Expert proficiency in SAP S/4HANA FI General Ledger. Strong experience with SAP FICO configuration and support. Solid understanding of financial accounting processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Financial Closing. Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation, configuration, testing, and support. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Good to Have Skills Experience with SAP Fiori applications and user experience. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA data migration and integration. Experience with financial reporting and SAP analytics tools.
