URGENT HIRING – SAP Recruiter We are currently seeking an experienced SAP Recruiter to join our recruitment team. This role is ideal for recruiters who specialize in SAP hiring and have strong experience sourcing high-quality SAP professionals across functional and technical domains. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process for SAP-related positions. Source, identify, and engage SAP professionals through LinkedIn, job portals, and professional networks. Work closely with hiring managers to understand project and technical hiring needs. Build and maintain a strong SAP talent pipeline. Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews. Coordinate interview scheduling and recruitment processes. Manage candidate communication, offer negotiation, and onboarding support. Maintain recruitment reports and hiring trackers. Requirements Must have proven experience recruiting SAP professionals. Minimum 3+ years of recruitment experience , preferably in IT or technology recruitment. Strong understanding of SAP ecosystem roles such as: SAP Functional Consultant SAP Technical Consultant SAP S/4HANA Consultant SAP ABAP Developer SAP FICO / MM / SD / PP Consultant Hands-on experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and job platforms. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment. Job Type: Contract Work Location: In person
