SAP Project Systems Consultant

CDIT Solutions isseeking an experienced SAP Project System (PS) Consultant to support the JointTransportation Management System (JTMS) program for the United StatesTransportation Command (USTRANSCOM). The consultant implements, configures, andsupports SAP PS solutions to manage complex projects from planning throughexecution and monitoring, and understands the integration points between PS andthe program’s main module, Transportation Management (TM), as well as othermodules.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize the SAP PS module indepth, including Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), networks, activities, andmilestones.
• Design and implement project structures, costplanning, budgeting, and resource management solutions.
• Integrate SAP PS with other SAP modules (TM, MM,SD, FI/CO, PM, PP).
• Develop and maintain project planning,scheduling, and monitoring processes.
• Create and configure project templates andstandard structures.
• Support project billing, settlement, and closingactivities.
• Conduct user training and create documentationfor end users.
• Analyze business requirements and translate theminto SAP PS solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoingproduction support.
• Participate in testing, data migration, andgo-live activities.
• Stay current with SAP best practices and new PSfunctionality.

Required Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and an active clearance.Clearance must be active, in scope, and held in DISS prior to start.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, BusinessAdministration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of hands-on SAP PS implementation andsupport experience.
• Strong knowledge of PS master data, planning,execution, and reporting.
• Experience with project costing, budgeting, andrevenue recognition.
• Understanding of integration points between PSand CO, MM, SD, and FI.
• Proficiency in configuring networks, activities,and relationships.
• Knowledge of resource planning and capacityleveling.

Technical Skills

•SAP S/4HANA experience.

• Project Builder, Project Planning Board, and PSreporting tools.
• Claims management and progress analysis.
• Results analysis and settlement configuration.

•Basic ABAP knowledge (preferred).

•SAP Fiori/UI5 experience (a plus).

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholdermanagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teamenvironments.
• Strong documentation and presentation skills.

Preferred Certifications

• SAP Certified Application Associate – ProjectSystem with SAP ERP.
• PMP or similar project management certification(an advantage).

Location, Travel & Compliance

• Remote, with approximately 10% travel every 12weeks to Scott Air Force Base, IL. Candidates within a 4-hour radius of ScottAFB are preferred.
• DoD 8140 compliance is required. A technicalbachelor’s or master’s degree is the simplest path; other qualifying optionsinclude an approved certification or required training.
