Analyze and support OTC integrations between SAP and third-party/non-SAP applications. Prepare functional specifications for reports, interfaces, mappings, and system enhancements. Work with IDocs, APIs, OData, Web Services, and BAPIs. Analyze and troubleshoot interface formats including XML, JSON, X12, EDIFACT, and CSV. Support integration technologies such as SAP CPI, SFTP, AS2, and APIs. Perform SAP mapping using standard tables, BAPIs, and relevant SAP objects. Conduct and support SIT, UAT, and regression testing. Identify and resolve functional and integration issues. Collaborate with Regional Operations, Regional IT, Business Units, end users, and management. Prepare and maintain functional documentation and project deliverables. Support business process analysis and provide recommendations for OTC-related requirements. Ideal Candidate: Extensive experience in SAP SD / OTC or a similar functional consulting role. Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, particularly Sales Order to Billing. Experience with OTC integration and integration with third-party applications. Hands-on experience with IDocs, APIs, OData, Web Services, and BAPIs. Proven end-to-end SAP implementation experience. Experience in preparing functional specifications for reports and interfaces. Knowledge of SAP MM and movement types. Familiarity with SAP EWM. Experience with Postman and processing XML/JSON files. Knowledge of interface formats such as IDoc, XML, X12, EDIFACT, and CSV. Knowledge of SAP CPI, SFTP, AS2, and API-based integrations. Strong business process understanding and analytical skills. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to collaborate with stakeholders from end-user to management level.
