We are seeking an experienced SAP Manufacturing & Quality Management (QM) Configuration Lead to drive the design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) solutions. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end solution delivery, collaborate with business stakeholders, and ensure alignment of manufacturing and quality processes with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

-

Lead the configuration and implementation of SAP Manufacturing (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules.

-

Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.

-

Configure and optimize manufacturing processes including Production Planning, Shop Floor Control, Master Data, Planned Orders, Production Orders, BOMs, Work Centers, Routings, and MRP.

-

Configure QM processes including Inspection Planning, Quality Notifications, Quality Certificates, Inspection Lots, and Quality Control procedures.

Partner with business users, process owners, and cross-functional teams to define future-state processes.

Lead workshops, solution design sessions, testing, defect resolution, and user training activities.

Ensure seamless integration with related SAP modules such as MM, SD, EWM, PM, and FICO.

Support data migration, cutover planning, and deployment activities.

Provide production support, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive continuous process improvements.

Mentor junior consultants and provide functional leadership across project teams.

Required Qualifications:

-

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.

8+ years of experience in SAP Manufacturing and Quality Management implementations.

Strong hands-on expertise in SAP PP/QM configuration and business process design.

-

Experience with SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing and Quality Management.

Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, production planning, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Proven experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations, upgrades, and support engagements.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

-

Experience with advanced manufacturing processes and digital manufacturing solutions.

-

Knowledge of integration with MES, batch management, and warehouse management systems.

-

SAP certification in PP and/or QM is preferred.

-

Exposure to global manufacturing environments and Agile delivery methodologies.

This role requires a strong blend of SAP configuration expertise, manufacturing domain knowledge, and leadership capabilities to deliver high-quality solutions that enhance operational efficiency and product quality across the enterprise.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $52.24/hour - $81.62/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
