# SAP Functional Analyst WM / eWM **ITS GROUP** · Brussels · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 3 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Vos missions The organization is seeking a Technical / Functional Analyst specialized in SAP WM/EWM to join the ERP team and contribute to the evolution, maintenance, and continuous improvement of logistics and warehouse management solutions. The role combines functional analysis, SAP configuration, technical troubleshooting, quality assurance, deployment support, and incident resolution. Your missions: Analyze business requests and requirements related to SAP Warehouse Management solutions. Estimate workload, effort, and implementation costs for maintenance activities and projects. Design and evaluate alternative technical and functional solutions. Assess the impact of proposed changes on existing systems and processes. Ensure service continuity, system stability, and maintainability. Configure and adapt SAP solutions according to approved specifications. Contribute to technical developments and support activities. Maintain and update functional and technical documentation. Prepare testing strategies and test plans. Supervise testing activities and ensure quality control. Support solution deployment and go-live activities. Monitor, analyze, and resolve incidents and problems. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders from Logistics, Purchasing, Finance, and HR departments. Your activities: Functional analysis of change requests and project requirements. SAP configuration and customization activities. Impact analysis of system modifications. Workload and cost estimation. Evaluation and comparison of multiple solution approaches. Development and maintenance support activities. Documentation management and updates. Test planning, execution follow-up, and quality validation. Coordination of deployment activities. Incident management and problem resolution. Continuous improvement of SAP WM/EWM processes and applications. Support of inventory management and warehousing operations. You have the following skills: Mandatory Master’s degree or equivalent experience. Proven experience as a Functional Analyst. Minimum 10 years of SAP WM experience. Demonstrable experience with SAP configuration. Proven experience in Inventory Management and Warehousing. Knowledge of ABAP and debugging. Fluent in either Dutch or French, with a good command of the other national language. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Efficiency and flexibility in service delivery. Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills. Ability to synthesize information. Customer-oriented approach. Results-oriented mindset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred SAP EWM experience. SAP MM experience. SAP PM experience. Experience with data migration. Experience with modelling tools. Knowledge of the energy sector. Nice to Have Experience with Stock Room Management (S/4 HANA). Work Environment Minimum 3 days per week on-site.
