The Role We are looking for a highly experienced SAP FICO Senior Consultant to lead the implementation, optimization, and support of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. You will act as the key bridge between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring data integrity, process efficiency, and successful project delivery for our diverse clients. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Implementation: Lead full lifecycle SAP FICO projects including blueprinting, configuration, data migration, testing, and go-live support. System Configuration: Configure core SAP FI modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, New GL) and CO modules (CCA, PCA, IO, PC, CO-PA). Business Analysis & Design: Analyze business processes and translate them into detailed functional specifications for SAP solutions. Testing & Support: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans (Unit, Integration, UAT). Provide expert-level troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for existing SAP landscapes. Training & Collaboration: Train end-users, create documentation, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (developers, BAs, PMs). Pre-sales Activities: Participate in solution demonstrations, effort estimations, and pre-sales technical advisory as needed. Qualifications Experience: 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation and support, with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations . Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, managerial accounting concepts, and enterprise business processes. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field. Language: Fluent in English (Knowledge of Japanese is a strong plus). Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Nice-to-Have: SAP FICO Certifications and hands-on experience with S/4HANA Finance are highly advantageous.
