The role requires strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting and Management Accounting. Required hands-on experience: - SAP S/4HANA in Financial Accounting and Management Accounting (hands-on) - General Ledger Accounting - Accounts Payable - Accounts Receivable - Fixed Assets - EBS & Banking and payment process, including bank integration and payments - Interface experience - Taxes (Input/Output) - Product Costing, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Order, COPA, and ML with Actual Costing - Integration experience between FI/CO and MM/SD/PP/PM Client and delivery expectations: - Capability to handle requirements gathering and customer discussions independently - Ability to propose solutions that align business needs with SAP design - Good communication and client interaction skills - Experience supporting South America countries (Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Paraguay, etc.) is preferred Professional traits we value: ownership, continuous improvement mindset, and strong collaboration with technical teams to deliver reliable FI/CO capabilities. You should be comfortable working across stakeholders, translating business needs into SAP configuration and supported custom developments. We need an SAP FICO consultant with localization knowledge in Brazil. The primary focus is hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA for Financial Accounting and Management Accounting. You will lead and support the end-to-end FI/CO configuration and process work, including General Ledger accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets. You will handle EBS & Banking and the payment process, including bank integration and payments, working with interfaces, and collaborating with customers on requirements gathering. You should be capable of handling customer discussions independently and proposing solutions based on business and system needs. You will also support taxes (Input/Output) and work with technical teams on custom developments such as Product Costing, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Order, COPA, and ML with Actual Costing. Strong communication and client interaction skills are required. You will ensure good integration between FI/CO and MM/SD/PP/PM, and support client delivery by aligning solutions with South America requirements (Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Paraguay, etc.). - Experience supporting South America countries (Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Paraguay, etc.) - Strong end-to-end banking, payment, and interface coverage in addition to core FI/CO - Additional depth in COPA and ML with Actual Costing workflows - Comfort partnering with technical teams for custom development delivery If you enjoy ownership, continuous improvement, and supporting finance operations, we’d like to meet you.
