Key Skills SAP FI & CO General Ledger (GL), AP, AR Asset Accounting (AA) Bank Accounting & Financial Closing Cost Center Accounting (CCA) Profit Center Accounting (PCA) Internal Orders Product Costing & Cost Object Controlling CO-PA / Margin Analysis FI-MM & FI-SD Integration SAP S/4HANA Finance Universal Journal / ACDOCA New Asset Accounting & New GL Electronic Bank Statement (EBS) Payment Processes & Taxation GST / India Localization Material Ledger SAP Fiori Key Responsibilities Handle SAP FICO implementation, rollout, support, enhancement and transformation projects. Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. Configure and troubleshoot SAP FI/CO processes. Manage end-to-end GL, AP, AR, AA, banking and closing processes. Support CO processes including CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing and CO-PA. Handle FI integration with MM, SD, PP, QM and other modules. Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP/technical teams. Conduct unit, integration, UAT and regression testing. Support data migration, reconciliation, cutover and go-live activities. Provide post-go-live and production support. Participate in requirement workshops, solution discussions and process walkthroughs. Support month-end and year-end closing activities. Identify opportunities for process improvement and SAP optimization. Preferred Project Experience SAP S/4HANA Implementation ECC to S/4HANA Migration SAP Rollout / Upgrade Projects Global Template Implementation Finance Transformation Projects Post-Go-Live AMS / Support Education Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related discipline. CA / ICWA / CMA / MBA Finance and SAP FICO / S/4HANA Finance certification will be an advantage. Ideal Candidate Candidates should have strong hands-on SAP FICO configuration and functional troubleshooting experience , independently handle requirements, communicate effectively with business stakeholders, and take ownership of FICO deliverables.
